Job Description
Deloitte is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join their Tax Technology Consulting team in Thessaloniki. The successful candidate will work on large-scale projects for industry-leading clients, leading the AI & R&D squad and owning the agent framework, RAG pipeline, LLM integrations, and document ingestion. This is a technical leadership role that requires strong AI research translation skills and experience with LLM-based production systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
- 3–6 years of experience in ML/AI engineering, with at least 1 year working on LLM-based production systems
- Expert Python proficiency in production environments — clean architecture, async programming, comprehensive testing
