Senior Consultant, M&A Transaction Diligence, Execution & Reporting

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our M&A Transaction Diligence, Execution & Reporting team. The successful candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in M&A transaction diligence and a completed undergraduate degree with outstanding academic credentials. They will be responsible for performing financial due diligence, working with clients to understand their business needs, and identifying potential risks and issues. The role is based in Vancouver, BC and is a permanent position with a hybrid work model.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of work experience, including at least 1 year in M&A transaction diligence
• A completed undergraduate degree with outstanding academic credentials
• CPA or similar designation completed or nearing completion
• Problem-solving skills, with a passion for analysis and relationship-building
• Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingualism in French and English (required for roles in Quebec)
• Knowledge of financial and valuation concepts
• Drive to succeed and contribute to team success
