Senior Consultant, Workforce Analytics

We are seeking a Senior Consultant, Workforce Analytics to join our Workforce Strategy and Intelligence (WSI) team. The successful candidate will lead workstreams and deliver workforce analytics solutions, leveraging analytical tools and data to drive business insights and strategic workforce planning. Our team is interdisciplinary and collaborative, with a passion for making an impact that matters.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in consulting, analytics, or HR strategy roles
• Proficiency in analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, R, Python)
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
• Familiarity with workforce planning, capability modeling, and future of work concepts
