Job Description
Deloitte is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Solutions Architect to design innovative solutions within the company's Global ServiceNow Center of Excellence. The role involves translating business requirements into technical specifications, leading the design and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions, and ensuring ongoing performance and stability of the platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical understanding of ServiceNow, strong communication skills, and experience with Agile development methodologies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of ServiceNow experience as an architect
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA)
- Experience leading complex solution designs (Out-of-the-box & custom)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITBM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM)
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideRecord)
- Experience with API integrations and integration technologies
- Solid understanding of IT and software delivery best practices
