Job Description
Deloitte is seeking a Deputy Manager for their Transaction Services team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of relevant post-qualification work experience in Financial Due Diligence or Transaction services and a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification. The role involves frequent travelling to client locations and requires strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification
- 2-4 years of relevant post-qualification work experience in Financial Due Diligence or Transaction services
- Industry exposure/experience in Telecom, Media & Technology
- Knowledge of the Indian GAAP and IFRS
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in using MS-excel
- Strong commercial acumen and market awareness
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
