The Deloitte Graduate Programme is a four-year program designed for fresh graduates who have completed their studies within the last year or for current students who are completing their studies within the next 12 months. It offers a four-day work week during the months of July & August, a financial reward when you graduate with distinction, and the opportunity to visit Deloitte University in Paris.

Requirements

• You are in the final stages or recently obtained a Bachelors' or Masters' level of education.
• Any kind of student work experience is considered an asset, but it is not a requirement for this application.
• You're a result-driven individual who continuously seeks feedback to enhance quality and performance.
• You are a strategic thinker and problem solver who will quickly develop close working relationships with others supporting wider processes and policies.
