We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented Compliance Analyst who is excited to take an active role in E&S compliance operations. You’ll assist with regulatory filings, surplus lines documentation, licensing oversight, and compliance reporting.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of insurance compliance or operational experience
- Working knowledge of SLAC filing timelines, portal navigation, reporting procedures, or demonstrated eagerness to learn quickly
- Demonstrated accuracy in regulatory submissions and high attention to detail
- Strong research and investigative skills with ability to synthesize facts clearly
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and respond quickly when regulatory timing is critical
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly when interacting with agents and internal teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment using modern collaboration tools
