Job Description
Delta Technologies is seeking a Senior Program Manager to help a client in Luxembourg, a large institution providing IT services to municipalities and public administrations. The role involves aligning the program with client objectives, supervising projects, managing stakeholder expectations, and optimizing budget. The Senior Consultant will also participate in Delta's development initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience of more than five years in program management according to standard methodologies (MSP, PgMP)
- Experience of more than five years in program steering of ERP or digital transformation
- Expertise of more than 10 years in program management of governance of enterprise-level projects and budgets (>1M€)
- Expertise of more than 10 years in program leadership of high-level stakeholders
- Experience in migrating legacy systems to modern architectures
- Knowledge of micro-services architectures and technologies Angular/.NET/Oracle
- Expertise in coordinating several multidisciplinary teams
- Mastery of program management tools (Monday.com or equivalent)
- Experience in the public or state sector is particularly appreciated
