Consultant Senior - UI/UX Designer

Delta Tech is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to support a major real estate funds industry client. The role involves in-depth user research, design of intuitive interfaces, creating interactive prototypes, and active participation in UX workshops. The designer will also support the development team and potentially serve as an 'Expert Subject Matter' to other colleagues.

Requirements

• 6 years of experience in UI/UX design
• Mastery of design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.)
• Good knowledge of web accessibility principles (WCAG)
• Experience in creating robust design systems
• Understanding of technical constraints related to front-end frameworks (React, Angular, etc.)
• Proven experience in user testing and UX research
• Must be a graduate in design, ergonomics or a related field
