The EPMO Manager will lead a high performing team, provide coaching and mentoring, and drive continuous performance improvement outcomes. The role will also ensure stakeholder alignment, communication, and transparency.
Requirements
- Ensure the EPMO has the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform effectively
- Facilitate successful resolution of escalated problems or issues and ensure integrated dependency management
- Collaborate with EPMO functional partners and Business and other cross-functional teams
- Set priorities and expectations for direct reports
- Coach and mentor team members
- Partner with EPMO counterparts to allocate and assign appropriate resources
- Build credibility of the EPMO and advocate for its capabilities
- Bring outside in thinking to further advance, innovate, and continuously improve the EPMO capability
