Custodial Supervisor

Requirements

• Hire, train and supervise custodial staff
• Organize and oversee custodial schedules and daily work assignments
• Assist with timely and constructive performance evaluations
• Participate in employee discipline and termination as needed and in accordance with company policy
• Perform general cleaning and janitorial duties throughout the facility
• Clean and maintain concrete, epoxy and VCT floors
• Clean windows, sills, vents, and carpets
• Perform minor repairs and routine maintenance, including replacing lights and clearing minor clogs in drains and toilets
• Clean and sanitizes restrooms, cafeterias, and high traffic areas
• Perform limited grounds maintenance including external trash pickup, upkeep of picnic areas and snow removal as needed
• Maintain a neat and organized custodial inventory and equipment storage
• Ensure cleaning supplies and material are stocked, inventoried, and ordered as necessary
• Monitor and adjusts daily cleaning schedules to align with facility needs
• Perform other related duties as assigned
