The Western Regional Sales Manager plays a vital role in driving growth, strengthening relationships, and representing Delta's brand and technical capabilities to customers and partners across the assigned territories.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the electronics industry, with a focus on sales or marketing ((RF/Microwave or MMW interconnect experience highly preferred)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proven success in managing and developing business relationships across customers, distributors, OEMs, and subcontractors
- Experience prospecting and developing new business in key sectors: military, aerospace, communications, broadcast/audio, test & measurement, and semiconductors
