Sr Product Mgr

We are seeking a collaborative, driven Product Manager to join our growing Product Management team focused on modernizing our SMB ERP products for small and mid-sized architecture, engineering, and construction-based businesses. The ideal candidate will understand how to apply AI technologies to solve real business problems and will have experience defining or managing AI-powered product features.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of product management or related experience
• Domain experience in one or more of: Core Accounting, Accounts receivables/Payables and AI assisted finance domains
• Experience defining or managing AI-powered product features
• Technical comfort—able to engage with engineering on architecture and feasibility discussions
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
• Proven success building strong working relationships with cross-functional teams
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with both business and technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills to research options and decide on best path forward
• Experience operating with autonomy, minimal supervision, and latitude for independent judgment
