Industrial Design & Packaging Engineer

We are seeking an Industrial Design & Packaging Engineer to join our creative and development team in NY! This role offers the opportunity to lead design development for innovative, premium-quality packaging and merchandising across the beauty, fragrance, skincare, and spirits industries.

Requirements

• Lead packaging and merchandising development from concept through production
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and President to translate creative concepts into manufacturable realities
• Create and refine 3D models, prototypes, renderings, and detailed technical drawings
• Oversee client vendor communications and manage production timelines, materials, and manufacturability reviews
• Develop and guide merchandising solutions that balance aesthetic impact and practical construction
• Lead internal and external technical design reviews and present clear technical direction and recommendations
• Proactively identify and troubleshoot challenges and provide innovative, cost-effective solutions
• Stay informed on new materials, manufacturing technologies, sustainability innovations, and AI-based design tools
• Manage multiple projects and brands simultaneously and maintain exceptional quality and consistency under fast-paced deadlines
