Press Operator

Taylor Corporation is a growing, dynamic company with big plans for the future. We're hiring a Press Operator to join our team in Tampa, FL. In this role, you'll set up, operate, and maintain printing presses to produce high-quality products that meet customer specifications.

Requirements

• Read and follow job orders carefully, and speak up if you see mistakes or problems
• Set up and adjust the press for each job so it matches the order
• Watch the product as it runs to make sure it meets quality standards, and fix problems quickly
• Keep an eye on the press during runs and let maintenance know if there are mechanical issues
• Start jobs and keep them running on schedule
• Do regular cleaning and maintenance on the press
• Work to meet production goals for speed, waste, and quality
