Production Supervisor

Taylor Corporation is looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure production goals are met, and support a high-performing team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment
• Demonstrated leadership ability with experience supervising or leading a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently
• Solid communication skills and the ability to coach and motivate employees
• Knowledge of production workflows, quality standards, and safety practices
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Basic computer skills, including experience with email, production systems, or Microsoft Office
