Requirements
- Concept and design 3D environments and experiences from start to finish
- Develop big ideas that translate across 2D, 3D and digital applications
- Design development of displays, fixtures, environments, signage systems, and graphics
- 3D modeling, lighting, texturing, and rendering
- Create original design solutions, communicate and present design concepts to Creative Director and other team partners
- Create visual presentations for project concepts, proposals, pitches, and new business responses
- Work with design leader and team leaders to ensure design feasibility, budget, and overall program needs
- Build working files to connect the design team with the R&D, production and fabrication teams and resolve issues that arise
- Catalog and reference art for future projects, organizing templates, assets, materials, proofs, etc.
- Follow production timelines to ensure tasks are being completed and communicate progress and challenges along the way
- Troubleshoot problems as they arise with both the creative team, and business partners
- Uphold the standards of established brands through design excellence
- The ability to balance multiple projects, as a leader, contributor and direct creator
