Senior Designer

The Minnesota Star Tribune is seeking a Senior Designer to lead our design team and help shape the future of our organization. As a dynamic leader, you will oversee complex projects, collaborate with creatives and stakeholders, and mentor junior designers. You will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that communicates our organization's value proposition and drives business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years design experience in corporate or agency environment
• Proficient Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Airtable
• Proven project management skills, with a track record of delivering tasks on time
• Strong understanding of social marketing principles and industry best practices
