Job Description
We're looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering programs, be able to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical clients and internal teams, and have a balanced analytical and interpersonal approach.
Requirements
- 4-year Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent
- 4+ years Salesforce implementation experience in a technical or functional role
- Professional Services experience
- 2+ years leading technical engagements with a program management or architectural responsibilities
- Experience presenting and gaining buy-in within multiple organizational levels including the C-suite
- Previous experience as a solution/sales engineer for a professional services company
- Salesforce Architecture certifications
- Active in the Salesforce community
- Ability to demonstrate the value of core Salesforce product offerings
