Job Description
DemandTec is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive end-to-end growth across the marketing funnel. This role will focus on generating qualified pipeline, optimizing activation and conversion, maintaining customer relationships, and balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will collaborate with sales, customer success, product, and agencies while managing operations, reporting, and experimentation using modern growth tools.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing
- Proven track record of generating SQLs and marketing-influenced pipeline
- Strong operational credentials – hands-on experience with HubSpot, Apollo, marketing automation, A/B testing, and campaign reporting
- Excellent analytics skills
- Experience working with external agencies
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills
