Product Manager - Technical

DemandTec is seeking a Technical Product Manager to shape the future of lifecycle pricing solutions for global retailers. The role involves translating business needs into technical requirements, collaborating across teams, and driving alignment with company goals. This position requires strategic thinking, technical fluency, and a drive to solve complex problems.

Requirements

• Understand and discuss the technologies implemented by the engineering teams
• Translate business needs into technical requirements
• Evaluate technical tradeoffs to make informed decisions
• Define and communicate solutions aligned with the company goals and vision
• Prioritize roadmap features with an understanding of how it will impact customers' and company’s needs
• Work closely with other Product Management and Engineers
• Partner with UI/UX, Marketing and Sales to validate feature launch
• Work closing with customers to validate solution design
• Define success metrics to track adoption, engagement and retention
