Product Manager, Trade Funds

DemandTec is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of intelligent solutions for B2B trade fund negotiations, planning, and execution. This role will focus on building scalable and high-performing solutions through collaboration with cross-functional teams and a deep understanding of retail and trade management. The ideal candidate will be strategic, analytical, and passionate about driving product success.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management
• Experience with retail, CPG, or B2B trade fund or promotion systems.
• Understanding of trade promotion management, fund allocation, and negotiation workflows.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with financial modeling and ROI analysis.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication skills and customer empathy.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, APIs, and cloud-native architectures
