Test Developer and Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and versatile individual to fill the dual role of Test Developer and Business Analyst, who will help us to make a life-changing difference to people living with hearing loss.

Requirements

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Develop, document, and execute manual and automated test cases, test plans, and test scripts
• Create and maintain test documentation, including test case specifications, test results, and testing reports
• Collaborate with the team to develop test strategies rooted in collected requirements
• Execute comprehensive exploratory testing activities to identify potential risks and validate user scenarios
• Identify, document, and manage defects, working closely with your team to ensure timely resolution and quality product delivery
• As part of an Agile Team, work on user stories, acceptance criteria, and related documentation artifacts to support Agile development practices
• Continuously identify areas for process improvement, propose solutions, and implement best practices to enhance overall product quality and team flow
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and product stakeholders, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
• Coordinate with product designers to ensure user flow
