Clinic Co-Ordinator Mosman

We are looking for a passionate customer service individual to be a Clinic Co-Ordinator on a part-time basis (1 day per week, Friday 9-5pm). The role involves collaborating with clinicians and hearing technicians to provide quality hearing health care outcomes for clients, and applying tailored client-specific sales strategies to ensure they get the best possible solutions.

Requirements

• Previous sales and customer service experience in retail, hearing care services, pharmacy, or allied health
• Experience working with an older demographic
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy for clients
• Higher School Certificate (HSC) or TAFE Qualification
• Computer literacy skills
