Job Description
We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineering Manager to lead our team of specialists and develop production equipment and processes. As a key member of our Process Development department, you will have a real impact on the development of state-of-the-art hearing aids.
Requirements
- Experience as a team leader or line manager, ideally in NPI or close to R&D and/or Production Engineering
- Leadership and communication skills to manage a team and maintain peer-to-peer communication
- Higher education in a technical field
- Fluency in English for daily communication
- Flexibility, responsiveness, result-orientation, and attention to detail
