We are seeking a Rewards Specialist to join our team in Warszawa, Poland. As a Rewards Specialist, you will work in a global medical company with a well-established position on the market. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position in the field of remuneration in a large organization
- Knowledge and experience in working with job evaluation methodologies
- Experience in using salary reports and preparing benchmarks
- Very good knowledge of English in speech and writing (min. level C1)
- Ability to combine analytical work with building positive relationships in the team and effective communication
