Job Description
DEMO SA, a leading European pharmaceutical manufacturer, is expanding with new manufacturing facilities in Tripoli, Arcadia. The Quality Assurance Validation Engineer will ensure compliance and quality across new sterile pharmaceutical installations, supporting the full CQV lifecycle and contributing to a robust Contamination Control Strategy (CCS). This role involves risk management, procedure development, and ensuring adherence to regulations and standards.
Requirements
- Issue Quality Risk Management (QRM) reports.
- Prepare/review URS, qualification/validation protocols and reports.
- Develop/revise QA procedures (SOPs).
- Lead deviation investigations.
- Verify production/support area compliance.
- Execute FAT/SAT, support change control.
- Perform equipment, utilities, and cleanroom qualification.
- Conduct risk analyses.
- Support Computerized Systems and validate equipment/systems.
- Ensure ongoing validated status of equipment/systems.
