Job Description
Democracy Prep is seeking an Instructional Assistant to join a lead classroom teacher in creating a high-quality, inclusive learning environment. The role involves classroom management, curriculum planning, differentiated instruction, assessment, communication with scholars and families, and fostering a sense of community and citizenship. Candidates should be bilingual, committed to antiracism, and eager to grow their practice.
