Hybrid Licensed Clinical Social Worker

The Hybrid Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide mental health services through in-person and virtual formats, conducting assessments, designing treatment plans, and facilitating therapeutic sessions.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years professional experience in a clinical setting.
• Competence in using digital platforms for telehealth services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with clients.
• Experience in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Understanding of cultural sensitivity and inclusivity in therapy practices.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
