Leader in Training

The Leader in Training helps ensure that all aspects of the practice operate fluidly and effectively. This position conducts and helps train associates on establishing the highest level of patient care and satisfaction, including resolving patient complaints. Assist the Office Manager and Assistant Office Manager in evaluating the trainee for effectiveness of training and individual employee growth.

Requirements

• Learns to lead and oversees daily office operations
• Develops and spearheads the practice, providing employees with constructive feedback to improve individual and team morale
• Provides written and oral instruction or feedback to employees to enhance employee relations
• Monitors daily, weekly, and monthly employee performance, giving feedback and/or performance improvement plans
• Provides feedback for 45 day, 90 day, and annual performance evaluations for administrative and clinical staff
