We are looking for an Expansion Manager to transform health in Mexico by prospecting, presenting, and closing policies for the Oncosalud product. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in direct sales, intangible services, or insurance, and a degree in administration, business, marketing, or related fields. Our purpose is to care for life to live it better, always.
Requirements
- Prospect actively in the territory through multi-channel strategies: open field, activations, events, allied businesses, collectives, and strategic referencing.
- Present and offer the Oncosalud product consultatively, adapting the discourse according to the context, the prospect's profile, and the contact channel.
- Execute policy closures directly, ensuring clarity, commercial ethics, and correct client expectations.
- Maintain a weekly disciplined agenda of prospecting, presentations, and closures.
- Participate directly in the prospecting and closure of strategic policies, supporting their sales team in high-value sales.
- Ensure compliance with administrative processes (registration in CRM, validation of policies, and reports).
- Report results weekly and monthly to the Expansion Management team. Participate actively in follow-up, training, and feedback sessions.
- Develop and execute field commercial actions (events, connection circles, allied businesses) to boost prospect generation and closures.
- Implement new acquisition tactics according to the Market Expansion model guidelines.
- Document learnings and best practices to scale successful strategies.
