Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Cash Collection Specialist with 2+ years of experience to manage the day-to-day cash collection process while delivering excellent customer service and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- Manage the day-to-day cash collection process
- Perform cash allocation activities accurately and efficiently
- Resolve client queries, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Partners
- Ensure compliance with company policies, maintaining high quality standards and service excellence
- Work closely with local Finance teams and various stakeholders
- Monitor assigned accounts and escalate complex issues when necessary
