Job Description
Dentons is seeking a Risk Analyst for their growing new business intake team in Europe. The role focuses on conflicts of interest, compliance checks, risk management, and supporting firm standards of risk-based culture. Analysts will perform checks, liaise with partners, manage information, and support client onboarding.
Requirements
- Experience analyzing and resolving conflicts of interest and managing confidential information issues in an international law firm.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to quickly identify and analyse complex issues.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to comprehend commercial concerns from global law firm advice.
