Job Description
Dentons is seeking a Risk Analyst for a new business intake team within the Europe region. This role focuses on managing conflicts of interest, compliance checks, and general risk support, with a focus on international transactions. The analyst will liaise with partners and other teams, handling confidential information and client terms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, legal education is preferred
- Experience analyzing and resolving conflicts of interest and managing confidential information issues acquired in an international law firm
- Experience working with Intapp Open system is advantageous
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Methodical and organised approach to work
- Strong commitment to internal client/customer facing service
- Ability to work in an international multicultural environment
