Senior Associate, Projects (Oil and Gas)

We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our Projects team in London. The role involves working on unique and challenging projects across the oil and gas sector, with opportunities for business development and career progression.

Requirements

• Outstanding academic record
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to absorb and to draft detailed contractual documentation
• Transactional experience - strong negotiation and legal drafting skills
• Oil and gas experience across the sector (M&A, project development, financing and/or trading)
• Excellent project management skills
• Business development – experience of strengthening existing client relationships and proactively developing new ones
• A willingness to travel
• 4 years+ PQE
