Requirements
- 3-5 years of consulting experience at a leading strategy house or consulting firm
- An emerging specialism in one or multiple areas of Business Strategy, Marketing, Sales, and Service Transformation, or Change Management
- Ability to challenge conventional views and present ideas persuasively to gain buy-in
- Able to draw critical human and cultural insights from data and observation
- Able to translate strategy and strategic thinking executable solutions
- Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- A strong collaborator who can coordinate and influence a collective team-based client relationship across complex matrix structures, both internally and externally, and manage significant stakeholders and key industry relationships
- Confident building relationships and presenting to C-suite clients
- International mindset with experience working across multinational brands in a matrix organisation
- Understanding of innovative technology concepts and applications in business context, and the ability to articulate the value of solutions to senior stakeholders and integrate into transformation roadmaps.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to align innovation initiatives with strategic objectives.
