Project Manager Lead

Merkle is a Customer Experience Management company seeking a Project Manager Lead to lead a team of Project Managers and manage digital projects for top-level clients.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in project management
• Experience in managing teams of at least 5 people
• Ability to understand technical concepts and digital processes
• Knowledge related to web analytics, user experience, technical implementation of digital platforms (GA4, Adobe, Salesforce...)
• Excellent communication skills
• Competence in the management of project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc)
• Analytical, organizational, and time management skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Proactivity, initiative, and ability to motivate teams
