Senior Art Director (Social, Brand, Experience, Content)

We are looking for a Senior Art Director with a strong visual sensibility to lead concept development, drive social content creation, and manage production pipeline for our fashion and luxury vertical, Thorns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Visual Communication, Design, Art Direction, or related field
• 5+ years in creative roles, experience with fashion, luxury, or lifestyle clients
• Strong aesthetic eye with proven experience in crafting content
• Ability to think conceptually, translating brand strategy into compelling creative ideas
• Team player who knows how to inspire, mentor, and occasionally manage other creatives and freelancers
• Solid understanding of shooting processes, art buying, and post-production workflows
• Master of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, CapCut and Ai tool
• Fluent in Italian and highly proficient in English (spoken and written)
