Job Description
We are recruiting for a motivated Charge Nurse (RN) - Acute Care - Med/Surg Tele to join our team! The Charge Nurse will supervise nursing and support staff in an inpatient unit, and provide care to patients with respect to their uniqueness using informed judgment, competence, and collaboration with the health care team.

- Operations Management

- Medication administration, documentation and reassessment
- Monitor, record and report symptoms and changes in patient’s condition and vital signs
