Job Description
DENZEL Group is seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Specialist to join their dynamic IT team. The role involves providing support to user issues and system malfunctions, maintaining IT systems, and contributing to IT strategy. The position offers opportunities for development, efficient decision-making, and a modern work environment.
Requirements
- Completed IT education (Teacher of IT Technology/IT-informatics, HTL or vocational school with a focus on IT)
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Sound knowledge of the Windows Server operating system 2019 and higher, Windows 11, HCL Notes, AirWatch, VoIP, Print management (FollowMe, DirectPrint, Label printing, etc.)
- Knowledge and experiences in the area of network, including VLan, cloud technologies
- Willingness to travel to the stand-alone locations of the entire DENZEL group (presence of B driver's permit)
