Job Description
This role involves managing three locations in the Wiener Neustadt & Eisenstadt area within the DENZEL Group. The Regional/Cluster Manager will be a target-oriented and empathetic leader, contributing to the success of the retail division by leading teams, developing employees, expanding business, and ensuring operational excellence.
Requirements
- Completed education with a business (automotive) focus
- Several years of experience as a site manager of a multi-brand car dealership, ideally within a corporate structure
- High customer and service orientation and strong communication skills
- Distinct entrepreneurial thinking and action and a high understanding of key figures
- Implementation strength with a high level of goal and result orientation
- Appreciative, empathetic leadership personality with a clear communication style and enjoyment of working with people
- Hands-on mentality and a can-do attitude
- Desire to make a difference
