Residential Counselor 1/2 LOD

DePaul Treatment Apartments is hiring a full-time Residential Counselor to provide care, rehabilitation, and support to residents. This role involves a varied schedule with shifts that may be evening and overnight. The position is part of the residential care mental health service provided by Living Opportunities of DePaul (LOD).

Requirements

• Provide teaching, monitoring, and recovery oriented supports.
• Ensure residents receive comprehensive planning for admission, ongoing services, discharge, and medications.
• Maintain clean and safe residence standards.
• Assist residents with meals and activities.
• Supervise and document resident behaviors.
