Job Description
The Digital Fundraising Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing digital campaigns to drive donor acquisition, retention, and engagement. This role involves automating donor journeys, expanding special giving programs, and leveraging data-driven insights to personalize donor experiences. The specialist will lead efforts in acquiring, cultivating, soliciting, and managing digital donor relationships.
Requirements
- Develop and execute a multi-channel digital messaging strategy (web, email, SMS, social media, digital ads).
- Write compelling, donor-centric fundraising copy.
- Build and deploy automated donor journeys.
- Coordinate with Marketing and Communications.
- Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
