Account Lead, Paid Social

Account Leads, Paid Social are responsible for independent paid social performance and client management on the most complex, strategic accounts for their team. They serve as the primary POC for their clients, including day-to-day communication, leading weekly calls, and developing and implementing both short and long-term strategies.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years paid social experience
• Proven track record of successfully managing accounts with varying goals, spend levels, attribution models and incorporating the right agency tools, growth teams, and expertise to build stronger performance and growth.
• Deep understanding of Meta ads manager and ability to effectively communicate paid social goals, targets, and direct-response tactics to clients.
• Excellent organizational, strategic, and communication skills.
• History of communication with higher-level client contacts (C-levels for small to medium companies, VPs+ for large companies).
• Ability to identify upsell opportunities across all agency offerings and execute on those opportunities to grow revenue on existing clients.
• Proven prior work experience managing a P&L and hitting margin targets.
• Ability to quickly determine a need (and argue) for additional marketing channels (e.g., SEO, display, mobile, YouTube) in a given campaign.
• Proven prior work experience managing direct reports / team members and demonstrated ability to mentor and develop direct reports into more senior roles.
