Executive Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. The role involves managing complex scheduling, communication, and administrative coordination, as well as providing high-level administrative support to senior executives.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar senior administrative role
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all administrative and communication tasks
• Excellent communication skills in English with confidence in working with senior stakeholders
• A proactive, service-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently
