Job Description
DEPT® is seeking a Programme Director to oversee projects within the Experience & Engineering team in the Netherlands. The role involves leading clients, building teams, and creating technical solutions to complex client projects. This position offers the opportunity to challenge current work methods and improve skills.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager (or a similar role) at Agency or Consultancy side
- Leadership experience and willingness to take responsibility as lead of people
- Experience with delivering complex online platforms embedded in the IT landscape from the client
- An experienced team builder
- Understanding of the online solutions offered and the language of designers and developers
- Experience in working Agile/SCRUM
- High working proficiency in English
