Senior Researcher role in DEPT's growing Research team, leading qualitative and quantitative projects, designing and delivering the Category Signals programme, and synthesizing complex findings into actionable stories for clients.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in research/insight/strategy roles
- Strong qualitative expertise (interviews, ethnography, workshops, focus groups)
- Solid quantitative capability (comfortable working with audience datasets and tools such as GWI)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Social Sciences, Market Research, Anthropology, Psychology, data-focused disciplines, or similar)
- Excellent synthesis and storytelling skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
