Job Description
Our client is seeking a Desktop Deployment Technician who will play a critical role in ensuring that our client's desktop and laptop environment is up-to-date, secure, and efficient. The role involves preparing and deploying desktops and laptops, providing technical support to end-users, and coordinating with other IT teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with desktop deployment, hardware and software configuration, installation, and testing
- Strong technical knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware and software, including Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, and anti-virus software
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
