We are looking for a Sr Media Sales Analyst to manage digital campaigns for different Advertisers with Despegar Media Solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital ecosystem, trafficking platforms, and programmatic advertising.
Requirements
- Implement and configure complex campaigns in Google AdManager, DV360, Google Ads, Facebook Ads and proprietary platforms of Despegar.
- Execute advanced technical setups: programmatic audiences, pixel tracking, personalized conversions and attribution models.
- Manage budgets of $50K+ USD per month distributed in multiple touchpoints and geographies.
- Monitor critical KPIs (CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, LTV) with daily analysis and proactive adjustments.
- Implement systematic A/B testing in creativities, audiences and bidding strategies.
- Develop automated dashboards for real-time tracking of +20 accounts simultaneously.
- Execute technical troubleshooting: tracking discrepancies, delivery problems and viewability optimization.
- Generate executive weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights for hotels, airlines and tourism destinations.
- Conduct performance review meetings with advertisers, presenting strategic recommendations based on data.
- Proactively communicate alerts, scaling opportunities and forecast of available inventory.
- Lead initiatives to automate tasks to reduce manual tasks by 30%.
- Collaborate with Product teams in the development of new advertising formats and self-service tools.
- Identify and propose integrations with new platforms (TikTok Ads, Amazon DSP, programmatic audio, etc.).
