Destinus is seeking a Buyer to secure top-tier aerospace components, manage complex supplier relationships, and drive supply chain strategy. The buyer role is critical in fueling a revolution in UAVs by securing critical materials and maintaining a world-class procurement ecosystem. This role involves extensive negotiation, risk management, and continuous monitoring of performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365), and supplier development
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
• Fluent in English
• Data-driven mindset and process improvement skills
